About Me

Holistic Health Coach graduate from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, USA and a Certified Yoga Instructor (200 RYT) – I advocate the transformation of people’s lives by helping them unravel their own story, find the precursors to their health, and understand their unique bio individuality. I do this from the prospect of working on their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Through retraining your thoughts and negative beliefs, listing and prioritizing your values, working on your willpower, and transforming your body through customized exercises and nutrition plans that cater to your symptoms – transformation is inevitable.

We hold true to the belief that you are unique in your genetic make-up and emotional history, childhood experiences, as well as preconditioned subconscious and conscious values.

We offer various different approaches to create an environment for you to be able to reconnect with your body and find the key to unleash your will to transform and heal for good. Our whole focus is based on our guiding our clients step-by-step to find missing pieces of their biological puzzle. Check out our programs in  Work with Zainab.

Since it took me time to find my own missing pieces of my wholeness of the many attempts I started and failed), I decided for our coaching programs to have no set time limit. We get to know our client in a way that makes it impossible for us to abandon them, regardless of the time they take to get on the right track.

There are three important things that we would like to focus on when you work with me:

Bio-individuality:  The concept of bio-individuality is that each person has unique food and lifestyle needs. One person’s food is another person’s poison, and that’s why fad diets tend to fail in the long run. Working on the principle of bio-individuality, I’ll support you to make positive changes that are based on your unique needs, lifestyle, preferences, and ancestral background.

Primary Food:  It’s easy to overlook all of the things that contribute to our sense of nourishment and fulfillment. It’s not just the food we eat, but all of the other factors present in our daily lives. Healthy relationships, a fulfilling career, regular physical activity and a spiritual awareness are essential forms of nourishment. When these “primary foods” are balanced, what you eat becomes secondary.

Integrative Nutrition Plate: The Integrative Nutrition Plate emphasizes the importance of local and organic produce, whole grains, high-quality proteins, plant-based fats, and water. It shows you how a plate should appear at mealtime and emphasizes the importance of proportions and portion size. To complete the picture, the plate is surrounded with lifestyle factors that create optimal health: relationship, career, physical activity and spirituality. You can learn more about my training at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.

I do it because I spent a good portion of my years thinking that I couldn’t. I was stifled by my doctor’s statement: “There is no cure for hypothyroid, you will have to take medications for life.” Contrary to his belief, I reversed my diagnosis of hypothyroid within 3 months, but it took me more to get there.

I do it because I feel responsible to tell you why and show you how you are not a victim of your medications, of certain image standards, or of an undesirable state of being, for life.

I do it because as much as we think we know about ourselves, there is always more to unravel to find the root of all that makes you whole, and what makes your treatment to your dis-ease characteristic to your own uniqueness.
